My room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised as I found the hotel nicer than I expected. I had booked this hotel to be close to the airport & to have access to the airport shuttle service offered by the hotel for a morning flight. The bed was really comfortable, the linen really soft & soft fluffy bath towels. I also loved having tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Due to my arrival time I ended up having lunch, dinner & breakfast at the hotel & the food was really very nice. I certainly wasn’t expecting this from an airport hotel. I’d like to give a special mention to Dani who was working in the restaurant & bar at lunch & dinner time. I am a coeliac & cannot eat gluten. Dani went out of his way to explain the menu to me, let me know what dishes I could eat or what could be altered for me & check if I was enjoying my food. Really personal service. Breakfast was buffet style with quite a few options including eggs & the usual continental breakfast choices. All in all it was a very comfortable stay at an airport hotel.

This is an easy gentle hotel to stay at. Front desk staff are pleasant and managed to work in English which was great because we had no Spanish. Outdoor bar area is nice. Never ate in the dining room but had excellent hamburgers and grilled cheese in both bar areas. Front desk staff informed us about the bus service into the city centre including the cost and that a credit card was needed for payment. All good things to know as the hotel is a ways out from the city centre. There is an interesting shopping/neighbourhood area just across the bridge. You can check in at 12 noon which is a real bonus if you are staying there after disembarking a cruise ship before flying. They have an airport shuttle which is pretty busy so book it early. Over all a nice stay.

Very good reception area & staff. Quick check in. Comfortable room with good facilities. Fast free wifi. The breakfast was excellent- a very wide choice & all delicious. Dinner was slightly less good for me, looking for vegetarian options, there was 1 starter, a soup and 1 pasta dish available. Nothing at all for vegans. Loads of choice if you eat meat or fish but I ended up having pizza in the bar. Lovely wines at good prices too. It was good to have a pool to use, open late enough for a swim after dinner.

The hotel is in a location by itself near more industrial businesses. So, I would not plan on walking somewhere to get food. The hotel does have a restaurant and snack shop. However, it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to/from the hotel. The room was clean and fairly spacious with a comfortable bed and bathroom. We were on the 4th floor and the room was quiet. Air conditioner worked fairly well but took 30 minutes or so to cool the room.

The hotel is the best for an after- or pre-flight stay, especially if the flight is at a non-conventional time. The transfer service operates without flaws, the food in the bar and the restaurant is amazing, the staff is extremely helpful, the beds are comfortable. Nice bathroom essentials as well. The gym is small but has everything you might need during a short stay. We use this hotel every time we're flying to/from El Prat, best value for money.
